*Job Description:* 1. Prepare the ecommerce search and search optimization/personalization roadmap - Recommend necessary changes in the existing e-Commerce application to integrate with SOLR and Bloomreach - Coordinate with the ecommerce Marketing and Shopping experience teams to understand the Search roadmap and align the technology roadmap accordingly - Review the detailed technical design and make sure they are align to the architecture and satisfy both functional and non-functional requirements - Break the program/project objectives into actionable tasks and help prioritize the tasks based on business benefits and technology constraints 2. Required Skills: - Good communicational skills, both verbal as well as written - Experience working with endeca and SOLR and migrating from endeca to SOLR - Extensive Experience working on large multi-vendor programs - Good understanding of the latest technologies and trends in the ecommerce Search and Personalization - Expert organizational and management skills - Expert time management skills and ability to complete the given tasks in the allocated time frame 3.
