*Interview mode: Phone than SkypeJob Description: *Senior Software Engineering is responsible for using their technical expertise, leadership skills, and knowledge of development process to be the technical leader for software development. Senior Software Engineer's primary responsibilities: * Work with Deployment and support engineers to support software developed by Client * Communicate, Create and Develop software and software designs based on business requirements, customer needs, and architecture * Provide input to design inputs: use cases, requirements, specifications and ensure that design inputs meet acceptance criteria * Help ensure that design inputs meet customer's expectations * Provide guidance to SQE and ensuring that testing is covering acceptance criteria * Develop Quality software by developing manual and automated test cases for software developed by Client * Develop understanding for interfaces of internal and external application platforms * Develop, design and build software within constraints of available interfaces that integrate systems to meet defined business objectives. Job's Expectations: * Works directly with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment * Work directly with Marketing team and customer to understand business requirements and customer needs * Works directly with Marketing and users to develop use cases, specifications for product development * Has strong technical background and ability to understand and analyze complex software systems * Work directly with Architecture team to understand the overall system and technical details and translate them into the software design. * Provide guidance to SQE on how the software need to be tested and ensuring that the testing strategy is covering design inputs * Has positive attitude toward changes and ability to work with remote teams, including offshore * Able to work on multiple projects at the same time, under pressure and tight timeline * Develop prototypes, as needed, to ensure that design inputs meet customer's needs * Demonstrates sensitivity to cultural and geographic differences when interacting with others * Actively seeks out different perspectives to gain a holistic picture * Encourages others through own enthusiasm and an authentic communications style * Gains support and commitment from others within own group / department by communicating expertise and rationale * Demonstrates awareness of others' emotions and adjusts own approach accordingly to maintain composure and productivity * Demonstrates advanced knowledge of software engineering practices and techniques, technology trends, and working knowledge of domain expertise * Defines, analyzes and interprets needs and requirements for a single component * Translates the results of analysis into design by Designing solutions to address multiple requirements * Implements complex software solutions * Has in-depth experience, knowledge and skills in own job family * Applies knowledge and skills to a wide range of standard and non-standard situations * Works independently with minimal guidance * Usually determines own work priorities * Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience Qualifications * Candidate should have 3+ experiences in system to system integration * B.S. in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience in related field required * 3+ years related work experience required * 3+ years' experience with Health Care Data exchange Protocols HL7, IHE * 3+ years' experience with Web Service Protocols XML, JSON, REST, WSDL * 3+ years' experience with using transport protocols HTTP, TCP, HTTPS, SMTP * 5+ years' experience with C#, .NET, WCF, (ESB a plus) * 3+ years' experience working and developing with Database Systems Microsoft SQL Server, Hadoop * Candidate has 3+ experience with Service Oriented Architecture * Has strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle * Ability to work with remote teams, including offshore * Ability to write effectively and create technical documents (Software Designs, specifications, use cases, workflow, etc.) * Ability to analyze and develop use cases, requirements and specifications for software application * Ability to provide guidance to SQE on test approach * Ability to provide input and guidance to Software Quality Engineering. This includes investigating and developing use cases through detailed understanding of complex system workflows.
