*Interview mode: PhoneJob Description:*The IVR Developer will work as a
member of a team that has responsibility for the developing applications
that enhance our customer's experience.
The developer will assist with programming, reporting, and troubleshooting
our primary IVR application.
The team supports regular IVR application releases that include development
and test cycles requiring coordination.
The IVR environment is an Avaya Experience Portal, but specific knowledge
is preferred, but not required.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Assist the IVR developers with maintaining and enhancing the existing
VXML application.
- Coordinate testing within IT and also with the business.
- Assist in troubleshooting development and production issues.

*Job Qualifications:*
- Strong knowledge of VXML, CCXML, Java, SQL, and Linux.
- Support of IVR apps in Tomcat web server environment.
- Solid understanding of web service integration and implementation.
- Avaya Orchestration Designer is a plus
- Possess methodical troubleshooting skills, clear communication, and
attention to detail

*GENESYS JOB DESCRIPTION*
A. General Description:  Develop/support voice applications and business
integration solutions using a variety of programming languages, platforms,
and technologies to provide business solutions to customers.

B. Detailed Description:
1st Required Skill: _*Genesys CTI/IVR Developer* (3+ years experience
preferred)
2nd Required Skill:_Genesys Composer, VoiceXML, CCXML, java back-end
integration
3rd Required Skill:   Analysis & Design

C. Detailed Description of Delivered Materials:  Initially support,
maintain, and troubleshoot IVR applications within GVP written in Java and
Genesys Studio.
Later in 2014 would be assisting in migrating
these IVR applications to Genesys Composer.
These IVR applications have integrations into backend systems so need to be
able to support this integration as well, most of the integration today is
through stored procedures and Java web services.

*Preferred qualifications would include experience in any of the following:*
• Support of IVR apps in Websphere and/or Tomcat
• Softphone design and implementation experience, i.e Genesys Agent Desktop
• Design, development and support of Genesys Routing Strategies
• Implementation and support of GVP itself
