Position: BPM Business Analyst with Pegasystems Location: Boston, MA Duration: 10 Months Project Description: Our client is a technology company that has a consulting arm that is a major systems integrator with a focus in the financial services space. They are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with experience with Pegasystems software solutions to join a project with their Financial Services client. They need the BA to be a true business process management expert to work with the senior management to help align them with the overall process improvement effort. There are going to be 3 projects moving simultaneously that are wrapped into a single Competency Launch Program. This resource will work as the BPM subject matter expert across the program. Responsibilities: * Business Analyst/Senior consultant will be responsible for: Creating senior management alignment with BPM competency and continuous process * Improvement approach. Aligning senior management/program office with the continuing investment in process improvement. * Business change agenda: identification and justification of future project phases. * Facilitation of education and work sessions. Required Skills: * Senior management relationship skills * Strong mentoring and facilitation skills. * Strong program planning and management experience.. * Expert experience with BPM - process design, process measurement, business requirements (metrics). * Workflow technologies - target client environment is Pegasystems. * Experience working with dash board design, reporting processes. * Experience working in the Financial Services space Interview Process: * Phone screen with our client and the end client.
