Should have experience in Implementing HP Service Manager in multi company mode using mandaton / folder options . Experience in tailoring of all modules in HP Service manager is a must. Experience in implementing SRC and request management is a required Experience in Implementing the Knowledge Module is a Must. Tailoring using Java scripting is mandatory.
