LIMS is an Health Care Product o Need someone who is technically competent and who could work very effectively with *Core Informatics *o He/she would need to be on-call during extended business hours o Core will be providing the application support but not the Oracle support o The most immediate issue relates to some login problems and may be related to the fact that there were two installs of the Oracle base as the first install was not suitable for use with Core. A second database instance and listener were configured and the thinking is that components of the two installs are in conflict. o Need someone to come in and address this o The ongoing need is for someone to be fully on top of the DB.
