Must have a minimum of 4 years experience developing web sites using one or more of the following tools & techniques: * Developing user interaction models & user flow diagrams * Java Script * XML * Site navigation maps * Java Tools * UML * User Accessibility & 508 compliance * Microsoft Tools * JSP * State vs stateless applications * IIS Version 6.0 * HIS * HTML, DHTML, CSSS, XSL * Visual Basic 6.0 * Servlets * Visual Studio .Net (or latest version) * ASP.Net or ASP * FrontPage 3. Must have an understanding of database concepts and SQL commands 4. Must be familiar with Windows NT 4.0/2000/xp(or latest version of Microsoft Operating) Desirable Experience Preferred for These Positions 1. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. 2. Six (6) or more years experience using PL/SQL to write stored procedures and designing for Oracle database(s). 3. Four (4) or more years experience developing with two (2) or more years as the Technical Lead for a team on complex large scale n-tier windows service and web service applications that provide an asynchronous store and forward integration with 3rd party web services based application using: VB.NET, C#, ASP.NET, Web Services, WSB2.0, XML, SOAP.
