Major organization specializing in risk analysis and credit
ratings seek Flex developers who have:
· *4-5 years Flex 2.0/3.0 experience *
· Familiarity with multiple architectures: n-tier, J2EE,
client-server, especially in terms of how to optimize the user experience
in these environments.
· Graphic design skills are a plus for Flex UI resources.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Adobe Flex is used as the user interface technology, providing
Rich Internet Application capability. Within the User Interface, Flex and
RIA concepts are leveraged by building interactive web 2.0 user interface
designs. Flex user interface is developed using ActionScript and connects to
the middleware via Blaze DS.
Flex is connected to J2EE and optimally with Spring and/or Hibernate
frameworks. Java Spring and Hibernate frameworks are being used extensively
binding the data structures and providing coherent middle-tier supporting
the Adobe Flex User Interface separating from the DB2 data tier.
Candidates must be able to work well within the constructs of the Agile
development concepts such as Unit Testing, SCRUM, Continuous Build and
Integration, and Highly Collaborative Development approaches.
