*Request Name:* BSC Storage Monitoring Migration - ECC Resource *Contractor Work Location:* 54460 - 800 Brooksedge Boulevard *Roles and Responsibilities:* Resource Requirements: Engineer with in-depth knowledge of EMC Control Center. Responsibilities include upgrade of the ECC infrastructure to the latest version of the software (ECC 6.0). Background or experience: Must have a thorough understanding of EMC ECC and its capabilities Must have past experience with upgrading ECC in an Enterprise environment Understanding of storage frames and fabric is desired The following activities are to be performed by the ECC engineer: ? Host Agent monitoring and remediation ? Adding new hardware / verifying existing hardware collection ? Overall health monitoring of all ECC components in the environment *Request Name:* BSC Storage Monitoring Migration - Tivoli Resource *Contractor Work Location:* 54460 - 800 Brooksedge Boulevard *Additional Skills:* Resource Requirements: Tivoli engineer with in-depth knowledge of Netcool OmniBus, Impact, NetView and Tivoli TEC. The Tivoli Engineer will receive SNMP traps from the SAN/NAS infrastructure, evaluate the JPMC approved prioritized alerts, decipher the alerts and present them to Tivoli TEC/Netcool through scripting. The Tivoli engineers will create and test all scripts to ensure accuracy in order to stage the scripts to be moved into a production status.
