The current commission data base requires an update to correspond with the changing business model. Current state has limited flexibility. The business model has changed since the initial implementation which requires enhancements to enable the business to automate one-time or short duration commission payments and deductions. By automating the system, the business will reduce manual inputs and drive more accuracy in the accounting of commissions and payments. The business model also includes different formats which now need to be incorporated into the current commission payment system since they may not have the same attributes, reporting or commission structures. The deliverables for this project are to have well documented and approved business requirements that will be used to provide estimates for the modification needed.
