Roles & Responsibilities:
. As onsite DW project manager, manage a team of ETL developers/analysts at
onsite/offshore and perform role of liaison between customer and offshore
team.
. Coordinate and build rapport with various stakeholders within customer
organization to ensure smooth project implementation.
. Estimate the work effort for different phases of the project and develop
project plan. Work closely with SMEs and business analysts and draw out
requirements.
. Convert business requirements into technical specifications, Provide
technical leadership to the team and arrive at optimal Datawarehouse
solution suiting stakeholder needs.
. Operate independently with minimum guidance and drive for results.
