Strong JAVA (1.5) resource with good experience developing webservices.
Hands-on experiencing implementing SOA preferably using SCA (Service
Component Arch). Expertise in UML, JUNIT, SPRING and SQL. A resource worked
on WID/WPS is an ideal fit.
Must Have:
