Our Client is looking for a System Test Senior Engineer. This candidate will be responsible for system level testing as part of the team responsible for quality assurance, and be able to provide leadership in automated testing and hands-on manual testing as needed. This is an excellent opportunity to work with an energetic and dedicated team that values the role Automated Testing plays in ensuring the success of the company. The candidate will design and create test scripts, automated test suites, as well as perform whitebox, blackbox, smoke, functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, automated, and performance testing. The candidate should be able to debug and analyze all system issues. The candidate needs to: · Have excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills. Able to understand complex systems, analyze test approaches, and articulate test strategy · Be a self starter, who is able to master domain knowledge of specific functional areas, as well as collaborate with other areas to define and execute integrated tests · Have experience in software development life-cycle, including development activities · Have experience testing n-tier online services and/or client applications using: o Black-Box / Glass Box methodologies o White Box methodologies o Load & stress / scalability analysis o Manual and Automated tests · Perform test coverage and gap analysis of test plans · Work with cross functional groups to define software systems that are designed for automated testing. · Work with development to triage defects and ensure change requests follow the established lifecycle. · Have strong understanding of Software Quality Assurance policies and procedures. Experience: · Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Management Information Systems · 5+ years relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience · Full understanding of quality assurance/test principles · Expert in all test phases including – Integration, functional, system, performance, regression, etc. · 3 years software development life cycle technical experience as tester required · At least 1 year experience programming in the software industry · Experience with C++ required · Experience with scripting language such as vbscript, perl, powershell, or python (python or powershell preferred) · Willingness to participate in daily scrum meetings, create test cards for stories · Experience with 3D preferred · Working Experience with Automation Frameworks (Robot, Cucumber) · Experience with performance testing tools (i.e., WinRunner, LoadRunner, JMeter) · Advanced ability to work effectively both independently and with others · Team player, flexible, reliable and communicative Thanks and Regards, Jaspal 3290 E.
