Responsibilities must have included infrastructure design with high availability and DR considerations, as well as consulting for application design best practices. • Strong scripting skills including UNIX shell, Perl, and DOS batch. • Strong UNIX (Solaris, and Redhat Enterprise Linux) and Windows skills (Windows 2003 server). • Minimum of two (2) years of Java development experience using the J2EE standard using an enterprise application server, like Oracle Application Server, WebSphere Application Server, BEA Weblogic, Tomcat, or JBoss. • Knowledge of relational databases including Oracle and SQL Server • Strong ability to mentor and transfer knowledge to staff. *Preferred :* • Mainframe skills.
