Please find the requirement below and let me know your interest.. *POSITION* *QA Tester * *Phoenix, AZ* *Duration - 18 months* *Rate - $30/hr C2C* Description - Additional Job Details: This mid-level position is needed to support the ongoing testing initiatives for the Enterprise Risk Management Technology group in CCC QA.***//*** -- BRD/FSD, Traceability, Provide test leadership for multiple projects ***//***-- Develop detail test plans for each level and type of test to validate end-to-end business processes that are part of Project implementations ***//***-- Identify activities, required skills, and estimates for testing work plans that cover all phases of the testing lifecycle including test strategy, test preparation, test data management, test planning, test execution, and metrics tracking ***//***-- Design, build, and implement effective test processes to meet quality goals set by the IT Quality Assurance organization ***//***-- Work closely with testing resources to help remove obstacles impacting adherence to the project schedule for test planning, test preparation, test execution and reporting ***//***-- Conduct testing impact assessments for project change requests and Develop risk mitigation plans and support issue resolution***//***-- Enforce application test phase entrance and exit criteria ***//***-- Identify and monitor cross team interdependencies impacting test deliverables and work products ***//***-- Identify, document, and communicate issues and risks affecting test project scope, schedule, cost and quality ***//***-- Ensure test metrics are updated and reported on time to support status communications and decision making ***//***-- Support development of manual and automated test scripts for functional, role-based security, integration, user acceptance, regression and performance test scenarios ***//***-- Ensure mapping between requirements, test cases, and defects to support traceability ***//***-- Provide day-to-day, occasional after hours support as needed ***//***-- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information; adhere to company security policies ***//***-- Support post go-live activities including ongoing application support Creates, prepares and implements systems quality assurance reviews for numerous applications. Responsible for primary development of testing strategies. Consults with users, providing advice and direction. Performs more complex analysis of business requirements and system specifications. May serve as a coordinator for all testing activities on a project. Creates test plans and scripts for own projects. May lead and review test plans written by others. Performs moderately complex to complex test data conditioning, regression testing and testing validation. Provides specific guidance on defects to developers. Gives direction to less experienced analysts. Logs, tracks, and verifies resolution of software and specification defects.
