Please Find the below urgent position from our Direct Client kindly forward your profiles ASAP. *Position: Rational Consultant* *Location: Cleveland, OH* *Duration: 1 Year* *Skill Set*: *DNG, RQM, Clear Case/Clear Quest , Build JRS report and Query Builder (RELM not RTC)* Must be proficient with / have in-depth tool skills for the majority if not all of the following: 1) DNG process, configuration, and requirement mgmt. 2) RQM process, configuration, and test mgmt. 3) RTC process, configuration, and Work Item, SCM, and Build mgmt. *Data Migration* 4) Clear Case/Clear Quest Synchronizer and Bridge 5) DOORS and DNG ReqIF and other DNG import/export 6) RQM import/export 7) RTC import/export *Reporting* Ability to select appropriate reporting tool (BIRT, JRS, RRDI, Insight) 9) explain reporting architecture 10) build JRS report resources 11) Query Builder (RELM not RTC) *Integrations* 11) QTP / Load runner integration with RQM 12) RFT, RIT, RPT (test automation tool suite from Rational) 13) Jenkins integration for build management 14) CLI for RTC and RQM (including XML) *Soft Skills* 15) Ability to comprehend the client needs and provide leadership and examples that ease adoption. Lacking this skill makes the client hesitant to adopt regardless of how sound the consultant might be technically. *CLM 6 Upgrade* 16) Subcomponents and how this plays a role in Stream strategies and IP security architecture.
