Location: Baltimore, MD
Duration: 6+ months
Rate:35/hr
DESCRIPTION
The purpose of this task is the re-engineering of existing legacy mainframe
systems that will be re-written and improved using state-of-the-art
technologies that may include WebSphere/Java front-ends.
Specific activities include supporting the Annual Wage Reporting development
team in performing analysis of existing documentation, systems, and source
code and creating Detailed Functional Requirements as necessary.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Requirements:

Mainframe Programming background required - COBOL, DB2, IDMS,
CICS, and JCL.
Full life cycle developer capable of supporting the early life
cycle phases of analysis, design, and documentation.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Ability to research problems and provide solutions.
Self-starter, highly motivated individual required who can adapt
to changes in client requirements.
