DESCRIPTION The incumbent will perform analytical/technical activities supporting the Deputy Commission for Systems (DCS) and Senior Technical Advisor for Health Information Technology (HIT). In this role, the qualified candidate will assist SSA in establishing and operating a project management office (PMO) focused on SSA?s integration of HIT to enhance the disability process. The qualified candidate will perform as the LM PMO lead, business process analysis, develop new business processes, develop a communications plan, perform requirements analysis and definition, perform risk management facilitation, and conduct general support activities for the PMO on a daily basis. Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline with 8+ years of specific and 7+ years of professional experience or 10+ years experience with no degree. Extensive experience in communications plan development, business process analysis, requirements analysis and definition, and use/application of structured methodologies, such as Rational Unified Process (RUP), structured analysis, etc Strong knowledge and utilization of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and QA/process methodologies such as CMM/CMMI, etc. Possess an entrepreneurial attitude towards accomplishing project goals Proficiency with MS Project, MS Office Suite, MS Visio Familiar with BRIO, Hyperion, or similar software tools for management report development Project Management certification, such as the PMP Advanced degree, such as MBA or MS, in applicable field Good understanding of earned value management Ability to effectively and accurately capture meeting minutes, and document and publish those minutes to meeting participants Familiarity with Health Information Technologies is desirable We Appreciate your business, Sam S Dut JInfo Systems Inc.
