Please see the below requirement for a Networking Specialist. The project will last for at least 18 months in upstate New York. Candidates will be expected to fill out a skills checklist with the skills listed below. So please be sure candidates meet the majority of the skills. The first 3 are mandatory. Thank you for the help. . 4 years experience of Unix or Linux in an Enterprise environment. . 4 years experience of Cisco networking equipment and software . 4 years experience of firewalls and related software. . At least 2 years experience with RedHat Linux operating system . At least 2 years experience with Cisco Network Assistant and Cisco Security Device Manager. . At least 2 years experience in the installation, administration and support of Cisco VPN appliances, . At least 1 year experience running security utilities and/or appliances . At least 1 year experience with Open Source monitoring tools . At least 1 year experience in installing, administering and supporting VMWare ESX. . At least 1 year experience in configuring Active Directory authentication (via RADIIUS) for VPN's, CheckPoint firewalls, and Cisco equipment. . CheckPoint firewall certification (CCSE). .
