Competency Required: Demonstrated 3+ years of experience with J2EE (standard framework) or 2 years of IBM WebSphere Customer Center (WCC_ Version 7.x or IBM Master Data Management Server (MDM Server) 8 development experience is required. Technical architecture experience and insurance industry experience is preferred. Strong database design skills with Oracle (SQL would be a plus). Experience with application servers – i.e., Websphere. Experience with WSAD or other IDE's is preferred. Experience with XML and XML related technologies. Knowledge of the software development life cycle, OO methodologies, including experience with Rational Rose and UML. Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
