*Perm** Job* *IT* We are looking for a developer to support multiple enterprise content management solutions requiring a spectrum of technical experience, strong analysis, design, and implementation skills. The successful candidate will possess strong multi-tasking skills and be able to apply direct experience in creating and delivering enterprise web solutions. Responsibilities - Provide application/system administration, support, training, and development for several corporate web solutions including the corporate website, corporate intranet and evolving extranet environments. - Interact with business owners, the stakeholder community and other IT teams to clarify business processes and define functional requirements & technical specifications. - Provide work estimates for proposed technical solutions and corresponding development efforts. - Work closely with IT group and other internal teams in the planning, design, acquisition, configuration and implementation of complex application systems. - Provide technical consultation to other IT team members in solving application systems problems - Provide on-call Tier 2 support of critical applications and coordinate on-call response efforts with other IT team members as needed - Provide specific guidance to others on complex assignments related to specific applications. *Requirements* - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to communicate directly with internal business users to capture requirements, communicate and validate design plans, provide sizing estimates, and execute to plan while adhering to IT development lifecycle standards. - Strong web development skills in a Microsoft-centric technology environment, including best practices in ASP.NET, C#, .NET framework, SQL Server; also solid configuration knowledge related to IIS and awareness of network considerations in support of external and internal website deployments. - Direct experience implementing and supporting a 3rd-party enterprise web content management system (CMS) underlying a corporate public website. - Understanding of security considerations around CMS configuration, CMS best practices which allow non-technical contributors to maintain content and creation of template layers that encapsulate the technical implementation of the site. - Strong skills in ASP.NET, XSLT, integration tools. HTML and CSS fundamentals assumed, but this role will be partnered with a formal web designer resource for specific web assignments allowing focus on the backend integration and CMS template functionality. - Familiarity with streaming media (primarily video) solutions and embedded media player configuration and maintenance to fully integrate video content into web sites. - Direct experience deploying and maintaining an enterprise Sharepoint MOSS 2007 intranet solution including reusable site templates, standardized document and list management, workflow solutions for document approval (versions, content types, metadata, etc.). Will be responsible for developing best practices to minimize maintenance and reduce burden on IT resources. - Experience implementing customer and/or partner-facing extranet solutions including integrations to facilitate document collaboration, task management and case management. - Integration experience with EAI toolsets such as SSIS, APIs, Web Services - Ability to manage competing tasks and projects with short delivery times (days & weeks) to meet evolving business needs. - Must be available for on-site work (downtown Seattle) M-F during core PST business hours.
