Strong experience in IBM WebSphere Application Environment (Architecting complex application cluster, high availability area) 2. Strong experience in IBM MQ, Data Power or similar SOA appliances 3. Experience in Service Oriented Architecture, SOAP based Web Services, Restful Services *Secondary Skills:* 1. Experience and understanding of Security Authentication, Authorization and Accounting (AAA), Security Stotes – LDAP, RACF, etc. Encryption – SSL Certificates, 2 way SSL, HMAC as it applies to Web Applications and Web Services 2. Experience in Automation Scripting, Continuous Delivery 3. Knowledge of Redhat 6 or higher, *nix Scripting 4.
