The ideal candidate will have experience specifically within the public
sector, preferably State or local government.
The Client is seeking  resource to provide development support for the
architecture, design, develop, modification, testing, and implementation of
the required changes to the EPICS System to be in compliance with a Federal
Audit. These required changes will impact the way the EPICS System
functions and will affect the interface with the Federal Treasury Offset
Program (TOP).
The modifications to the EPICS System must be written in CA Gen version 8.5
and be able to support any enhancements related to these required
modifications within the core application. All changes to this application
and its infrastructure must be addressed in a professional manner using the
clients System Development Life Cycle methodology to ensure success, and to
meet the business needs of the department.
Due to the 12/31/2015 deadline to implement these changes, this resource
will be expected to work approximately 50 hours a week until go-live date
and overtime as needed to provide post implementation support. Local
candidates are highly desired due to strict deadline and impending start
date.
Expected Skills: Able to work without assistance; can provide leadership to
others; able to manage complex work efforts; may have advanced education;
may have deep industry experience.
Description (including, but not limited to):
1. Development and enhancement of applications based on established design
specifications
2. Analysis, design, coding, component/assembly testing of all application
code owned by the Application Team
3. Implementing configuration changes to software applications to meet both
functional and technical requirements
4. Writing application software, data analysis, data access, data
structures, data manipulation, databases, design, programming, testing and
implementation, technical and user documentation, software conversions,
maintenance (including production support)
5. Unit testing applications and developing system and user documentation

Education/Qualifications Required:

Work Experience Required :
·A minimum of 10+ years’ experience are required
·A minimum of 5 years of industry-related experience

Project Description:
Develop and maintain scripts to automate application deployment and
administration workflows using HP’s Operations Orchestration workflow
automation tool.
Responsibilities/Deliverables that the resource will be responsible for:
The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to understand complex
system architecture processes and translate them into automation scripts.

Description:
Candidate must be extremely knowledgeable with SAS Network administration
duties and have strong trouble shooting skills for support of 200 users.
Strong analytical skills required for addressing performance based issues
within the SAS Network platform as well as strong technical skills for
maintaining optimum performance of the platform relative to throughput,
memory allocation, and user job utilization
