The right candidate must be an exceptional Quality Assurance Engineer with strong academic background and coding experience. Candidate must be a self-starter, work well with others and be able to adapt to changes quickly in an agile engineering environment. The is a unique opportunity to lead the community of our testers in testing our own product. The successful candidate will have strong communication, team management, and analytical skills – with an acute attention to detail. *Desired Outcomes:* No hot fixes (unless specific customer issues) Reduced time to complete regression tests for point releases [what does it take today? where do we want it to be?] Case studies and other articles demonstrating Best Practice for using community get published periodically (work with Product Manager or Marketing) [frequency?] High level of customer satisfaction on issue resolution [how to measure success?] *Responsibilities:* work with R&D personnel to create the test strategy products implement the test strategy using our Tester Community implement test automation scripts (Selenium) create Regression suite utilizing Community initially this role will also work to support customer issues.
