There is VERY urgent need for a Python Developer / Systems Administrator
for my client based in VA . Details below .Share suitable profiles on my

Location: VA
Duration: 3+ month contract must need to work on site
Interview: 1 in person
Why the need: The client is an information security firm, system integrator
and value added reseller. Their proprietary network security appliance
technology, INSIGHT is a Data loss protection tool that they sell to
customers of all sizes
Currently INSIGHT is being run using BASH scripting and they need someone
to develop a scripting process to auto boot the severs and script out the
bootstrap
What this person will be doing:
Automating the bootstrap
Re-script the bash scripts into python scripts
Not a ton of scripts
I have attached the full job description and more info about their
Appliance INSIGHT but please find the below must haves and nice to haves
Must Haves:
Scripting Experience with Python highly preferred but would consider, C,
C++, or Ruby (prefer python because they are a partner to Symantec and
Symentec’s DLT solutions’ APIs are most accessible through python), Linux
kernel nice to have
Experience working in a Linux environment
Nice to haves:
Windows experience
Hyper V knowledge
Network Security Appliance experience is a HUGE plus but very rare
