Skype interviews are not available for this requirement. *Sybase Development DBA* Immediate opening for Senior Development DBA experienced with multiple database systems. This individual will be responsible for database tasks in support of a new customer-facing website. Responsibilities include designing new data structures, redesigning existing Sybase stored procedures and implementing new procedures, views, triggers, and other objects. The new system will interoperate with existing heterogeneous data environment that includes DB2 UDB V9.7 and multiple Microsoft SQL Server 2008 and 2012 servers. This position requires: · 5+ years Sybase development experience. · Database logical and physical design experience using tools such as ERwin Data Modeler, PowerDesigner or ER/Studio Data Architect. · T-SQL expertise, particularly stored procedure and trigger development. · Ability to create appropriate indexes for large data sets. · Ability to optimize and troubleshoot batch processing and OLTP workloads. · Familiarity with enterprise job management packages such as Control-M or Autosys. · Experience with ETL tools, particularly Informatica. · Expertise in Unix scripting and Windows scripting.
