This resource is being enlisted to perform the following: • General programming tasks related to integration of the Statewide Identifier Program (SWID) into the existing Court System and modification to existing screens and reports. Technical skills needed: Technical skills and associated experience. • Web Developer skills that are required (in no particular order) o Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written o Good ability to translate business requirements and program to fulfill them o Very complex, high level, production grade coding o Expert experience with stored procedure development in SQL 2000 o Advanced experience with DTS package development in SQL Server 2000 o Advanced experience with Crystal Reports (older version like 8.5) o Advanced experience with query optimization for performance o Advanced experience in Classic ASP o Advanced experience in client side scripting languages (VB Script, Java Script) Developer - responsibilities: Perform programming supporting the needs of the Department within the existing architecture of the current computer system. Work with the business group to understand requirements and then code to fulfill them. Attend meetings as needed, write and test code. The purpose of this contract is to supplement internal staff to complete a series of fixes, enhancements, and improvements to the current system in place today.
