ROLE DESCRIPTION: Client has to upgrade to WIN 7 across their enterprise -- remote sites, corporate, internal operations, and other specialized systems. Not a small task. Many applications are notably intertwined so the movement to Win7 needs to be synchronized. Estimating a month for this role to assess the situation and layout a plan that can be then executed.
