Basic understanding of creating screens in html/ MS access/ excel etc will be a value add Experience on data modelling tool(s) (Erwin etc) Able to requirement for defining To-Be Business processes and IT solution at same time. Able to envisage and develop the road map for an IT solution and shall be experienced in identifying and documenting the data & system requirement. Action orientated and willing to take ownership Good team player, ccollaborative with fellow internal colleagues and should be able to work in onsite and offshore model.
