Work Location : FortWorth, TX Duration : Long Term Rate : Market Rate Necessary Skills : .10+ years of IT experience. .6 to 8 years of experience in Functional, Automation and Perf testing. .4+ years of Testing experience in Siebel ver 7.8 and above. .Must have delivery experience in onsite-offshore model and managed team size of up to 25 resources. .Must have extensive domain experience in CRM domain and associated processes. .Experience in setting up Testing Centre of Excellence at client location. .Worked in the capacity of Developer, Business Analyst and Test manager in past projects. .Must have worked majority of the time at Client site. .Possess leadership skills driving testing excellence, improving quality, metrics driven, value add, strong believer in governance. .Very good communication, analytical, conflict resolution and negotiation skills. .Experience of managing senior stakeholders across Business, IT. .Must have experience of managing overall testing in at least one large program involving. .Integration of multiple applications. .Across all test phases and test types like System Testing, System Integration Testing, UAT, Performance Testing, Mobile Apps testing, Security Testing, etc. Desired Skills: .Experience in testing Java, HTML5 and Mobile applications is added advantage.
