We’re looking for SAP MM, SD consultant with Project Management experience

*Job Description:*

*Program/Project Management*

Ø  Familiar with SDLC, Agile, Lean, SCRUM, Kan-Ban or similar
development/implementation methodologies.

Ø  Strong verbal communication and cross-group collaboration skills.

Ø  Strong project management and leadership experience, project planning,
risk management, issue resolution skills, day to day status update, Clearly
should be able to give directions, assign action items/follow ups tasks to
the team, Task oriented tracking.

Ø  Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level
application development projects.

Ø  Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as
expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional  project management
principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the
right proportions to fit a project and business environment-

Ø  Drive projects in an agile environment, duties to include:

o   Organize and facilitate daily stand-up meetings, reviews,
retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other Scrum-related
practices.

o   Track and communicate team velocity and sprint/release progress.

o   Ensure development teams are practicing according to core agile
principles including, collaboration, prioritization, team accountability,
and visibility

o   Update agile tracking systems to provide transparency to Product &
Sprint Backlogs

o   Collaborate with Principal Program Managers, Solution managers and
other stake holders from business to ensure teams deliver the desired
requirements.

o   Assist team in making appropriate commitments and ensure transparency
through user story prioritization, definition, and task breakdown.

o   Identify and remove impediments, prevent distractions that interfere
with the ability of the team to deliver the sprint goal.

o   Facilitate Continuous Improvement to create high-performing teams.

Ø  Drives through ambiguity, self-motivated and thrives with minimal
supervision.

Ø  Confident, takes ownership, willingness to “do what it takes” to get the
job done.

Ø    Proven experience in driving SAP projects in the capacity of a project
manager and responsible for supporting both internal and external clients,
processes and solutions with SAP and Non SAP teams, enabling clients to
achieve desired and improved business outcomes.

Ø  Drives through ambiguity, self-motivated and thrives with minimal
supervision.

Ø  Confident, takes ownership, willingness to “do what it takes” to get the
job done.

Ø  Proven experience in driving SAP projects in the capacity of a project
manager and responsible for supporting both internal and external clients,
processes and solutions with SAP and Non SAP teams, enabling clients to
achieve desired and improved business outcomes.

 *Overall must be familiar with:*

*Implementation*-  Plan and executes the implementation of technical
solutions for complex problems by identifying resource requirements,
preparing project plans, proactively managing project risks and issues,
managing end user expectations and ensuring that project scope is contained
and delivered as agreed.  Will be responsible for the analysis and
implementation of enterprise applications like SAP R/3, BizTalk and related
systems solutions for Microsoft IEB customers.

 *Business Requirements Analysis*- Demonstrates understanding of business
requirements analysis that follows industry best practices for software
development life cycle (SDLC) in a team environment.

 Manage change throughout development cycle. Evaluate requests for changes
or enhancements by considering the capabilities of new SAP functionality
and/or Microsoft based technology (Dynamics AX, .NET based applications,
BizTalk, SharePoint Server, SQL, and Office etc.) to satisfy these needs.

 *Cross Functional Collaboration*. Work closely with solution management,
development, test, and support and architecture teams and deliver quality
solutions to our business.
