All are required. - 5+ years of experience developing applications using Java, JMS, J2EE, SOAP, XML and XSLT. Experience with WebSphere 6.x Application Server is required - Experience in developing User Interface using webMethods CAF. Must have experience in JSF, JSP and Portlet technologies. - 3+ years of Experience in developing customized dashboards, Metrics and KPI using MWS and Optimize(BAM) - 3+ years of experience implementing Business Rules using Blaze Advisor - Good knowledge of UML, BPEL, BPMN and XPDL is required - Experience using CVS, Subversion, Rational Application Developer IDE, Ant. - Must have good understanding of Message Patterns and workflow concepts. - Must have the legal right to work in the United States. - Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact well with different levels within the organization - Ability to work well in a collaborative, team oriented environment; multi-task, be detail oriented, self-directed and have strong independent problem solving skills Required skills/competencies: Preferred skills: Required education: Bachelor's Degree in business, computer science, engineering, or an equivalent combination of skills, training, and experience is required.
