*Position Title**:           Citrix Engineer*

*Duration**:                  6 months*

*Location**:                   Bethlehem, PA*

*Overview*:

·         Engineer will be responsible for design, planning, implementation
and maintenance of the organization's Citrix infrastructure.

·         This person must be very strong in technical design and
troubleshooting of complex Citrix environments. This person must be able to
document, present complex Citrix architectures and decisions.



*Responsibilities*:

·         Participate in the development of Citrix XenApp 6.5 architecture
design and implementation across the organization.

·         Maintain a highly available Citrix environment including
optimization of entry points and the Citrix server performance
optimization.

·         Manage the security of the Citrix XenApp systems by following
best practices methods for the applications and servers.

·         Analyze Citrix system performance, root cause problem
determinations, capacity planning and preparation of reports as needed

·         Manage/Implement redundant systems and policies for Citrix
disaster recovery.

·         Work in collaboration with other departments or organizations to
develop and analyze systems in support of their projects or mission, then
upgrade or enhance service offering to meet these requirements.



*Experience*:

·         5 to 7 years working in technology operations with a minimum of 3
years of experience in designing, building and managing Citrix Xenapp 6.5
architecture

·         Proficiency with Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop, Citrix Netscalers,
Provisioning Services, Storefront, and experienced in performing
engineering for a global Citrix environment

·         Strong knowledge of Windows 2008 / 2012, Group policy management,
DHCP, DNS

·         Demonstrated ability in managing virtualization infrastructure on
an enterprise scale including:

·         VMware ESX Server, Virtual Center, VMotion, P2V and disaster
recovery procedures.

·         Basic understanding of network topology and design

·         Able to handle multiple, complex, long term projects
simultaneously

·         High degree of initiative, dependability and the ability to work
with little supervision

·         A minimum of a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or
equivalent experience is a must.

·         Prior law firm experience would be a plus.

·         Experience with any of the following would also be a plus:

·         Storage solutions including fiber switching, NAS, and\or SAN
storage

·         Scripting abilities (Batch, VBS, Powershell)

·         Management of security platforms (RSA, Symantec, Aveksa, Trend
Micro)

·         Exchange 2010 or other messaging platform
