When compiling Open AFS 4.0 on Fedora Core 5, I get the error:
/usr/src/openafs-1.4.0/src/libafs/MODLOAD-2.6.15-1.2054)FC5-SP/afs_analyze.o
Error1.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You need 1.4.1rc10 for FC5.

With 1.4.1rc10, I am getting an error saying:
gtxcurseswin.h:18:42: error: ncurses.h: No such file or directory.

I have the same problem on two identically buildmachines.
ls dirname shows the directory
ls -l dirname says the directory does not exist
cannot cd into the directory.
on the first machine an: fs flushmount dirname cleared up the problem.
