We're trying to disable our legacy kaserver process. Our accounts are
generated using the "uss bulk" command. If we stop/disable the kaserver
process, will uss bulk break? What is the recommended method of bulk
account creation when using kerberos 5 without kaserver?

Reading in the list archives I see mention of a number of pts
replacements (ptlocal, ptproxy). What is the status of these? I'm
looking to avoid re-creating account information that already exists in
LDAP/AD servers in our organization.
