thanks one more time, and sorry for my ignorance: where do I get that
executable from that release? I prefer not to uninstall the current version
to install an earlier one. I found the source code here:

afs_config.exe has the wrong manifest applied to it in 15.56.
replace it with the afs_config.exe from 1.5.55 or wait for 1.5.57.

When I attempt this for another user in our cell, I get an access denial. I
assume than that I could do this if I were a member of system:ptsviewers?
