Dear Kalle, if you want to use the OpenAFS client implementation, you will need the libafs kernel module from OpenAFS. It is not part of the Linux kernel sources, but most distributions including Ubuntu will build it for you. kafs and af_rxrpc implement an (incomplete?) in-kernel AFS
