The preparations for the AFSIG User Conference and the Hackathon are in progress. The program is at http://www.afsig.se/ and if you consider to participate, you really should have signed up by now ;-)
And please, don't be shy because there will be "gurus" around. Look at the program and you'll find that the combination of Hackathon and User Conference will have something for you. I am collecting hacking targets which might be considered during the Hackathon.
