you shouldn't need aklog; it doesn't accept connections. also, the
copy of afsd you'd want to bless would be the one in /usr/sbin.

Mac OS X firewall GUI is application-based. Would adding
/Library/OpenAFS/Tools/root.client/usr/vice/etc/afsd
and /Library/OpenAFS/Tools/bin/aklog to the 'Allowed Applications' pane be
sufficient to ensure proper ports are opened?
