[OpenAFS] Reiserfs under AFS

I am quite new to AFS. I have a basic question. Can I share a disc that is carrying a reiserfs using AFS? I know the limitation of reiserfs/xfs/jfs combined with AFS on the client side... i.e. the client-side cache needs to be either ext2 or ext3, but what about the server side local file
