I applied the Debian 1.4.0rc4 diff to 1.4.0rc8, with almost no modification, and I've been happily running with those debs installed. No more segfaults in any of the tools, and no more Oops. I've done some stress testing and tried to excersize many of the options on the utilities. Thanks for e

Have you tried an IA32 ptserver? I just did, and it works. But then I ran into segfaults in aklog and fs as well... I'm sensing a trend. Have you tried building the latest OpenAFS-1.4.0 release candidate? Are there debs for this anywhere? I saw a mention a few months ago of a this being
