If you copy a molecule it triggers partial charge perception on the
original one. This doesn't seem right.
It's triggered by OBAtom::Duplicate:
_ele = src-GetAtomicNum();
_isotope = src-GetIsotope();
...
_pcharge = src-GetPartialCharge();
