One other thing. There's a windows-msvc folder also which Marcus
created to separate out the windows-vc2008 includes. I presume this
should be left as part of the main repo. If so, I was thinking
In truth I was doing that so I could build updated versions/try newer
versions of MSVC. Please move it, remove it, whatever makes sense as
you update the build system.
