My mother language is spanish so we have special characters like accents and
"ñ" "Ñ", but when I try to enter this value in a certificate appears

different, for example: \C3\B1

Ok, I guess it fits in nice where OpenSSL is not installed, and where
you don't need to parse 100 certs per second. I'm not sure anybody would
need that speed (to parse 100/s), but it's there if you do :-)
