actually that command is only to show what the initialization
commands are - to actually perform db initialization you have
to hit the "Initialize Database" link.

we try to install OpenCA-0.9.1-RC7 (before
we have installed OpenCA-0.9.0-2 that works well).
When we inizialize the CA, we have a problem when
generate the CA certification request: we obtain a blank page :-(, but the
request is created.
