[OCF] how create files on MFC3.5 from IBM?

Hello l.s. I have three questions. I have the smartcardbook: Smart Card application Development Using java with the MFC 3,5 from IBM included. I can read some files from that card and write to some files on that card. Now i want to make a counter. How can i do that? I must make a DF and EF? 1.
