IBM's MFC Family (MFC 4.1and MFC 4.21) complies with ISO 7816 Part 5.
Yes, a Select via AID is possible.
They also comply with ISO 7810 Part 1, Part 2, Part 3 and partially comply
with ISO 7816 Part 6, Part 7, Part 8 und Part 9.
