[OCF] OCF+GemPlus 430 reader no detecting insertion

Hi, I've managed to get OpenCard to work with the standard OCF 1.2 PCSC wrapper, but the GemPC430 USB reader I have doesn't seem to be propagating card insertion notifications to OCF. If you start an OCF application with the card in there, it detects it (we are requesting notifications for
