Consider DISTRO_FEATURES for nfs-utils and rpcbind.
This is to prevent the following warning while booting:
NFS daemon support not enabled in kernel

As eudev requires devtmpfs it is not necessary to keep a cache anymore
as the kernel handles entries in /dev itself.
