This check actually works fine and by removing it you're potentially
breaking the build if it ever does need to invoke it, so don't remove this
line.

wayland plugin can not build by pkg-check of wayland-scanner.
By applying patch to disable a check of wayland-scanner, wayland plugin can
build.
